When you submit the Get Started form, you voluntarily provide your name, email address, optional business name, the area in which you would like support, and a description of what feels hardest to keep up with.
How ProEra uses your information
ProEra uses inquiry information to review and respond to your request, understand what support may be appropriate, communicate with you about your inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, operate and secure the website, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry information is stored electronically using the website’s database and hosting infrastructure. Service providers may process information as necessary to host, operate, maintain, and secure the website.
ProEra uses Resend to send inquiry notifications to its designated business email account. Those notifications may include the information submitted through the Get Started form. Resend and the website’s hosting and email service providers may process that information as necessary to deliver and support these services.
Selling, advertising, and tracking
ProEra does not currently sell personal information or use it for advertising. The website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or nonessential application cookies. Because the website does not track visitors across other websites, browser Do Not Track signals do not change the website’s current practices.

ProEra retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
